Vegan Green Curry
It’s taken a while to know how to approach a Vegan breakfast. Over the last couple of years I’ve developed some amazing smoothie ideas which keep you full and are packed with flavour.
You’ll need a blender.
Cut the avocado in half and remove the stone. Add half to the blender. Then add the remaining ingredients.
Pulse the ingredients until smooth, if needed add a little extra water.
Add a sprinkle of designated coconut on top.

- 1 scoop vegan vanilla protein
- ½ avocado
- 1 handful spinach
- 200ml almond milk
- 1 handful ice
